1800 BARBER PROGRAM

BARBER TEACHING PROGRAM
Levels Barber College encourages continuing education. In order to achieve a Barber Instructor License, the State of Ohio requires that a licensed barber must achieve hours at a barber institution under the expertise of a licensed barber instructor. This program would allow for future barber instructors to learn various teaching styles and practice with an actual class in both the theory and practical components of the program.

BARBER WITH COSMETOLOGY LICENSE
This program prepares the student with the information and techniques required to pass the Ohio Cosmetology and Barber Board licensure examination as a Licensed Barber.

1. Immediate family death 2. Any doctor visit or doctors appointment 3. Any court visit or court date
ATTENDANCE POLICY
In an effort to develop good work habits that will be expected by future employers, all students are required to attend classes regularly. Students that have unexcused absences of more than 5% of the scheduled hours in one month will be placed on a 60-day probation. Any student that has unexcused absences of more than 15% of the scheduled hours in one month will be placed on a 30-day suspension. If unexcused absences continue, the student will be terminated. Any hours missed must be made up. In addition, after 40 hours of excused or unexcused absences, the student will be responsible for the additional fee of $8.88 an hour & $11.00 on Saturdays, until required hours are completed. The requirement for completing the course is 1800 clock hours. Any student absent for more than 3 consecutive days and fails to contact the school will be automatically terminated. The school will not be responsible for any personal possessions left behind.
